It is our custom and promise to source directly from our purveyors and partners. Because our ingredients are seasonally farmed, ranched, and gardened in our local community, sometimes the whims of the weather may shorten a season or limit the harvest.
If a substitution must be made, we do so with the same mindful approach to quality, nutrition, and sustainability.
